In action for your dental health
If there is something that sets our team apart, it is uniqueness. I strive to promote the individuality of each team member. This may mainly be because I am a very individualistic person myself and, for this reason, I appreciate each person with their talents and peculiarities. Of course, everyone in the team must work well together so that we can provide excellent care for our patients.

Team Microscope Dentist
When selecting new dental colleagues, I make sure they fit well into our team. Expanding the team of specialists is important to me for two reasons: Firstly, I am now over fifty years old, and it’s necessary to manage my energy to remain as the head for a long time. Secondly, I want to gradually transfer my experience and expertise to the colleagues over the years. Therefore, our patients will be treated not only by me but also by other colleagues depending on their availability.
Currently, the medical team consists of the following members:
- DDr. Klaus Kotschy, founder of the Microscope Dentistry Clinic.
- Dr. Ali Al-Samarrae, a team member since 2010, working as a dentist with us.
- Dr. Ene Königswieser, a team member since 2024, working as a dentist with us.
DDr. KLAUS KOTSCHY
A healthy body naturally includes healthy teeth. I see myself as a quirky, friendly, uncompromising perfectionist when it comes to making people healthy. For more than 20 years, I have been dedicated to microscope dentistry. This allows me to ensure that my patients maintain their healthy teeth for a lifetime through precise diagnostics and long-lasting treatments. If you’d like to know more about me, read on here.
SELMA
As the head of the assistants, our office manager ensures that everything runs smoothly and professionally. She is responsible for patient communication and brings a friendly and professional daily routine to the clinic. She is also in charge of accounting, social media matters, and many other organizational tasks. I am grateful that she has been supporting me for many years. Thank you, Selma!
MAGDALENA
As a highly trained assistant, she has been performing microscope-assisted oral hygiene with us for many years. She has been the only dental hygienist in the last 20 years who has embraced the experiment of oral hygiene with the microscope. Ebrar
She supports me as a trained assistant in my treatment room. She appears very calm but can also laugh warmly and is hard to hold back when music is playing. The workflow in my room runs flawlessly thanks to her. Thank you, Ebrar!
Ivet
The trained assistant stands out with a strong, funny personality. She decided to pursue dental hygiene training in Graz, also works with a dental surgeon, and helps me and Ebrar in my treatment room. Thank you, Ivet! Stay as funny as you are!
Liri
Our assistant in training is a special personality. She established herself in the clinic in Dr. Al Samarrae’s room, even though we had initially planned to go separate ways. But she said, “Doctor, you are mistaken, I can do this, I want this!” I found that statement quite remarkable for her age. I admit, I didn’t believe she would follow through, but she proved me wrong and earned her rightful place in our unique team. I’m glad about that. Thank you, Liri!
Amanda
She is a trained assistant of my colleague Dr. Al-Samarrae, very eager to learn and determined. Soon, she plans to study and, unfortunately, won’t be with us forever. Thank you, Amanda, for your dedication!
Shahad
Shahad is in training to become a dental assistant, always polite, very considerate, and eager to learn. Welcome to our team, Shahad!
